Having worked with neurodivergent/ADHD children, adults, families for over 14 years, I have helped many with the challenges they face in all systems that surround them. I address: depression, anxiety and living with learning disabilities. I understand how hard it may be to initially seek professional help.

Some of my interests are: tennis, hiking, yoga, meditation, nutrition and learning about neuroscience. I am a former college athlete and love to stay healthy and active.
