Having worked with children, adults and families for over 13 years, I have helped many with the challenges they face, including codependency, trauma, anxiety and learning disabilities. I understand how hard it may be to initially seek professional help.
Some of my interests are: hiking, yoga, meditation, nutrition learning about neuroscience and playing tennis. I am a former college athlete and love to stay healthy and active. I also continue to learn and connect to different cultures. I have lived all over the world doing social work.
